Welcome to Multi Purpose Cyber Zone (MPCZ). By accessing, browsing, or utilizing our website, online form-filling services, digital portal, or physical center facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
MPCZ is an independent digital information, technology platform, and cyber service provider. We assist users with online applications, document processing, and financial transactions (such as AEPS). We are not an official government department, ministry, or public sector organization. Official notifications and updates should always be verified on respective government websites.
We charge transparent service fees (such as standard form-filling assistance charges of ₹100 or other specified rates) for our time, expertise, and digital infrastructure usage. Government application fees must be paid separately as applicable.
Refund Policy: All service charges paid for successfully processed, submitted, or initiated requests are strictly non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable if a transaction fails due to technical gateway errors and the amount is successfully reversed by our payment processor.
When submitting details for form filling or digital services, you certify that all information, documents, photographs, and signatures provided are accurate, true, and legally valid. MPCZ shall not be held liable for any rejection, delay, or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the user.
All website design, text, graphics, logos, layouts, and software code on MPCZ are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of our content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, block access to digital services, or refuse requests immediately if any user is found violating portal rules, engaging in fraudulent transactions, or misusing our infrastructure.
MPCZ will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of server downtimes on official government portals, network failures, or third-party disruptions. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where our primary operations are established.
